Welcome to Vitamin G™ / Best Daily Ever (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bestdailyever.com and related services (the “Site”), including purchases, subscriptions, and participation in programs such as our affiliate program.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Site or purchase products.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2) Health & Safety Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

• Our products are dietary supplements. Statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Information on the Site is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before using any supplement—especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medications, or are planning a procedure.

• Read labels and use only as directed. Discontinue use and consult a professional if you experience adverse reactions. Results vary.

• Keep out of reach of children.

3) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject any order for any reason (e.g., availability, errors). We’ll issue a refund if an order cannot be fulfilled.

• Pricing & errors. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We may correct inaccuracies (including after submission) and cancel/refund affected orders.

• Taxes & fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees.

• Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier delivery confirmation to the shipping address you provide.

• International shipments. Cross-border orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and delays beyond our control.

4) Shipping, Returns & Refunds

• Shipping. We ship to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

• Returns (supplements). Due to the consumable nature of our products, we accept unopened items in original condition within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Contact us at info@bestdailyever.com for an RMA before returning.

• Damaged/incorrect items. Please email info@bestdailyever.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll make it right.

• Refunds. Shipping charges are typically non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Exclusions. We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions or are otherwise abusive/fraudulent.

5) Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (if offered)

• If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring auto-renewing charges at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.

• You can manage or cancel anytime in My Account before the next renewal date. Cancellations apply prospectively and do not refund shipped or in-process orders.

• We will notify you of material changes to price or frequency as required by law.

6) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions are subject to separate terms, limited to one per order unless stated, and may be modified or canceled without notice.

• Coupons cannot be sold or transferred. Gift cards (if issued) are not reloadable, refundable for cash, or replaceable if lost—except where required by law.

7) User Content & Reviews

• You may submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”). You represent you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it is truthful, non-infringing, and lawful.

• By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your User Content in any media for marketing and operational purposes.

• We may moderate or remove User Content at our discretion.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or infringe rights;

• Post or transmit harmful, deceptive, or illegal content;

• Interfere with Site security or operations;

• Use bots/scrapers without written permission;

• Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Site.

9) Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product names, etc.) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws.

• “Vitamin G™,” “Best Daily Ever,” and related marks are our trademarks or registered trademarks. All third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.

• You may not use our IP without prior written consent.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above may not fully apply.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your User Content.

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for any disputes not subject to arbitration or small-claims processes.

16) Dispute Resolution (Optional—use if you want arbitration)

If you choose to include arbitration:

• Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver. Any dispute shall be resolved by confidential, individual arbitration (not a class action) before a single arbitrator, with limited discovery, and no class or representative proceedings. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

• Certain claims (e.g., small-claims court or injunctive relief for IP misuse) may proceed in court.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where required, communicated to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
